Grace and I popped into the Leaf and Bean for a coffee after a wander round the Meadows. Theres plenty space in this cafe and its really bright and welcoming.

Buggy Space: 4/5

Leaf & Bean had space inside for a pram or 2 at most of the tables. On a sunny day the outside tables are a great choice too. The doorway has a small step and split door to navigate to get in but its not too tricky to get in.

Children's amenities: 3/5

There are high chairs available here and plenty space. The menu is mainly light bites (toasties, brunch, etc) but there's not children specific menu.

Changing Facilities: 2/5

There are changing facilities in the toilet here. The toilet is up a further step inside and there isn't a lot of space for a pram. It was quite dark and the changing table is above the bins so its not the nicest changing space I've used, but if you need it its there!

Location & Transport Connections: 4/5

Leaf and Bean is located on Marchmont road, close to the meadows for anyone stopping by after a walk or on their way to the playpark.

There is no car parking for the cafe but pay and display parking is available on the surrounding streets. The cafe is served with one bus, the stop right outside serving number 24.
